Florence house is setup in our typical two bed per bedroom style, and provides direct access to kitchen and laundry facilities in adjoining rooms. The house sits on a large lot, with very spacious front and back yards - and some enormous trees! Some of the bedrooms also feature adjoining full bathrooms, and the home has steel roll-down security shutters to provide an additional layer of security, and whole lot of peace of mind. Some of the bedrooms in our Florence house also feature direct-entry via exterior doors, and available rooms are move-in ready; complete with beds, linnens, dressers, closets, bathrooms, televisions, and high speed WiFi internet service. Sparrow House operates co-living housing in and around the Phoenix metro area. We serve a variety of clients with comfortable, affordable, and safe housing options. We offer shared transitional housing for men and women, and charge a simple all-utilities-included rate. Private rooms are occasionally available at some of our locations, but the majority are shared with a roommate.
